We had a great show on Common Core. Dr. Brian Ray, of the National Home Education Research Institute, talked Head Start research. Funny how billions of our tax dollars are spent, on yet another government run education program, and no quantifiable benefits are found. Hmmm. Common Core connections? Maybe.
William Estrada, of ParentalRights.org and HSLDA, talked Common Core and the intrusive data mining that comes with it. Homeschoolers, pay attention. You are not immune.
Anne Gassel and Gretchen Logue of Missouri Education Watchdog and Missouri Against Common Core, dropped in off the speaking circuit to fill us in on legislation in Missouri and gave us advice and direction on what can be done to stop Common Core.
