Secrets and Jefferson City?

There seems to be a lot of dodging the light of day in Missouri government. Missouri Supreme Courts are creating and implementing standards without the oversight of anybody, including the legislature and Missouri Education Watchdog has found some “closed meetings” information as it relates to lawmakers and education. There sure are lots of secrets in Jefferson City…..
