SB 265 and HB 42 are Agenda 21 bills that are deserving of your attention. SB265 has been assigned a hearing, in the General Laws Committee, on March 5th at 3:00 p.m. Plan to attend if you can. HB42 was voted out of committee and is moving to the House for debate. Please email the House of Representatives and tell them to support HB42. See the list of email addresses in the side bar.
Support Ed Emery and SB 239. This bill prohibits school districts from requiring a student to use an identification device that uses radio frequency identification technology to identify the student, transmit information regarding the student, or monitor or track the location of the student.
